I've noticed that the performance of Quicken has seriously eroded. It now takes about 2 seconds to display the password screen after initiating the program. I'll admit that probably some of this can be ascribed to the Windows 10 OS since I've seen degradation in numerous areas, like emptying my Trash. Time to address performance in lieu of errors?

    Why did you set this up as an IDEA?  I see no suggestions in the message, only a request for info.
    Mods have converted this to a question, rather than an idea.
