First Horizon Bank OL 301-A Error

Receiving 301-A error for several days now when attempting to send payments. Suggestions? I've tried to Reset and also to delete Online set-up an reactivate. Same error.

Could you please provide which version of Quicken you have currently running?- Help > About Quicken
Next, please follow the troubleshooting instructions below in an attempt to resolve the OL-301-A error you are receiving.- In Quicken, select the Tools menu, then choose Online Center.
- Click the Financial Institution dropdown arrow and select the financial institution.
- Press CTRL+Shift while selecting Contact Info.
- Select one of the accounts associated with the bank from the dropdown list
- Select Financial Institution Branding and Profile from the list and click Refresh.
- Click OK and go online by clicking the Update/Send button.
- Attempt your online session again.

You may want to take a look at this guidance LINK. Since you've tried the rebranding already, I suggest that you go directly to the bottom section "If this error occurs when trying to send an online payment".

Attempting to deactivate 3 related bank accounts and reset them up, but program crashes everytime I deactivate. This program has become the buggiest crap on the market.0
