Can't delete online billers when quicken says the account is locked

I set up some billers as online billers and it looks like they aren't. Quicken says account is locked and won't let me delete them. The gear symbol in top right corner won't let me delete. Appreciate any other ideas.

    Do you have multiple bills that you have added that are receiving this locked message or do you have multiple billers for Wells Fargo experiencing this message?

  • Hi, Yes, I added several that I thought were online billers but they are not. State Farm is one of them. Now that I have added them, I can't delete them.

    No matter what I do i cannot add state farm as an online biller, i get an account locked message, but i can log into state farm's website with no problem, is their a way to add them?
