Can't get by Sign in page?

This is probably dumb... I just reinstalled R 25.1.1.8 and tried to open my old file and I get a sign in page. I can see my account up for a second in the background. I tried my old user name and took a guess at the password- nope. Tried to submit for password update and I get nothing, I need to get into this file for tax purposes- HOW? TIA

    I suggest you download and apply the Quicken 2016 R19.5 Mondo patch: http://www.quicknperlwiz.com/quickenpatches.html

    If the issue persist, I suggest you perform a clean uninstall, install and update while disconnected from the network.  If you haven’t already, you may want to review: https://www.quicken.com/support/using-qcleanui-uninstall-quicken

    As Quicken 2016 no longer supports Online Services, you would need to add a manual account (aka and offline account).  If I recall correctly, after selecting the account type, you should select Advanced Setup.
