Unable to add new USAA Performance savings account

Attempted to ADD all my USAA accounts when setting up Quicken for Windows. Using my USAA Member Number and PIN. All accounts were added except the Performance Savings Account. It is not listed in the ADD accounts window when communicating with USAA during the Account setup process. Any Ideas on what to do?

    Thank you for taking the time to visit the Community to report this issue, although I apologize that you have not received a response.

    First, please navigate to Quicken > About Quicken and provide the release that you are running.

    I would next recommend creating a test file, this will help isolate the issue further. Please go to File > New Quicken File...

    Once in the test file please attempt to add the USAA accounts to this test file. Is this account still missing from the list?
