How do I relink my account?

    Our chase credit card accounts have had several cards compromised and hence, have gone through numerous new cc #s. This last time around I mistakenly linked the new cc# to a completely different credit card. How do I fix that?
  • Try this: from the "Actions" menu (the gear in the upper right corner of the Register view of the account), click Edit Account Details. Go to the Online Services tab and select "Deactivate." Once the account is deactivated, return to the General tab and enter the correct information. Now back to Online Services, and Activate.
