After FECU site update - linking account for auto update shows loan is paid off. It's not!!!

FECU updated their site and sent instructions to relink the accounts to Quicken. Worked fine for savings but not for HELOC. After activating and linking the account, it imported the transactions and says the credit line loan is paid off. It's not. FECU says to contact Quicken, not their fault. Deactivating the account and the transactions reappear. Any ideas? Don't want to have to manually enter all the transactions forever but may have to.

First Entertainment Credit Union. WebConnect. Download transactions directly from your financial institution.
First Entertainment CU only supports banking accounts using the Web Connect connection method.

First Entertainment CU should support banking and credit accounts using the Express Web Connect connection method.

If you haven't already, I suggest you contact Quicken Support and inform them of the issue you are experiencing using the Express Web Connect services for the HELOC accounts at First Entertainment CU and request the issue be escalated to Intuit's script team.  You may want to review: https://www.quicken.com/support/quicken-support-options

Please provide the full name of the financial institution and the connection method being used: open the register, press Ctrl + Shift + E and select the Online Services tab.

Yes, I know it does. It never had problems before. Only since they redesigned the site a few weeks ago. And they have been no help since I told them about the problem. I thought someone in Community might be aware of the problem already. Will contact Q Support. Thanks.
