Think Bank Direct Connect Issues

I am becoming very frustrated with having to use a workaround each time I update my Think Bank accounts in Quicken. I am using direct connect and each time I want to update, I have to trick the system by dummying in a password change. Think Bank has been consulted and say they did not ask for a password change to be required and that this is a Quicken issue. I have been a Quicken user for over 30 years and have been using this work around for over a year now. Is there any way to get this resolved or is it time for me to find another program that will.

Hi @ronbenham ,
Are you sometimes downloading a Web Connect File from Think Bank?
Are you using the same login and password for your Web Access to Think Bank?
