Getting a synchrony credit card issue of CC-503

HI all,

Attempting to add my synchrony credit card and getting the attached error.

Any suggestions would be appreciated!

    Which Credit Card are you referring to? That helps figuring the problem out.

    I'm having the same issue. My Synchrony cc used to be on one-step update but now I get the same error. I've tried deactivating the service and entering it as new but the system doesn't recognize my username/password as correct when they are accurate. It's been happening for a few months. Frustrating.
    Quicken subscription, high-speed cable internet, Windows 10

    if you haven't already, please review the troubleshooting steps available here.

    If the invalid login errors persist after waiting 48 hours, I would recommend contacting Quicken Support for assistance with additional troubleshooting steps and/or possible escalation to our service providers to resolve.
