    Hi @Quickjohn,

    Can you give us some more information so we'll be able to better help you?

    Which versions of both Quicken and Windows are you running?  Which types of accounts in Quicken are affected (brokerage, retirement, etc.)?  Do you typically record prices for ALL securities in your portfolio, or only for a few (e.g. ones that are not recorded/tracked by the exchanges)?  Are you receiving any error codes and/or what happens exactly when you try to input prices?

    Get back to us and we'll go from there.
