Can I get a Q refund of $5.00 on the CD backup I bought on 1/3/2021?, as I have no CD player?

Belatedly I realized I don't have the ability to play the Quicken CD I purchased yesterday, as I don't have a CD player. I couldn't reach the billing Dept. of Quicken to request the refund. How do I reach the billing Department?
