Is support ever available?

:# My subscription version of Quicken Starter R28.15 started to act buggy shortly before my subscription renewal date. Searched the help files....no help. I tried to contact support...waiting in queue for the text support for over one hour and then found they had closed while I was waiting (no notification of this). I noticed that if I upgraded to Quicken Premier I would get premium support...so I upgraded. I downloaded the Win app but my Win 10 Pro wants to know why I am trying to install an Win 95 or Win 7 program!

I can't contact support because they are closed. They don't provide a way to email them after hours. I used to love Quicken. Now I just want my money back for the product I purchased today. But that seems unlikely if they I can't reach support! Please help.
