Using Schedule Updates to Update Bills

I would like to have the online bills list updated when Scheduled Updates occur. Oddly, the Schedule Updates screen (accessed from the Tools menu) does not include Update Bills, even though the One Step Update Settings screen does so (also accessed from the Tools menu). This is particularly desirable because updating bills can take a relatively long time, so it would be nice to have it done in advance before I open Quicken.

This would be most helpful, otherwise we aren't saving updates, since we need to update the billing anyway.
