Same error message for Capital One.

    It may take a day or two for the Quicken server to go around, find updated bills on the billers websites and update your Quicken.
    Since your bill is due in 2 days I urge you to go to the biller's website and pay the bill directly from there, by electronic one-time debit from your checking account or a credit card. Anything you might want to try from within Quicken Online Billing will arrive late.
    As a better alternative, I recommend allowing the biller to automatically withdraw the payment every month on the Due Date directly from your checking account or a credit card. Electronic Direct Pay, PAC Draft, Auto-Pay or whatever the biller calls it usually processes within a day or two.
