I have been doing large quantities of changes to Payee and Category

1. Some changes affect many (well over 100) records. If there was a Progress Counter as in Processing ### of #### that would help to know how things are going.

2. The Find All does find all. BUT there then needs to be a Select All button after the "All: are found... The Control-end to get to the end of the list having checked the first and checking the last does NOT work. What works is having to use the "right side" slider to get to the bottom and then selecting the last one..
