I am using Q 2015 and have been for a long time. Now can't get past upgrade screen.

everything is entered manually however when I started my Quicken it would let me past the upgrade screen. I just want to use my old mnaual Quick! Please help....

    Is this the US version of Quicken?
    (I'm using the latest Quicken subscription version)

    A response to the question is expected, not marking it accepted.  There was one reported from a using of the Australian version that now it is 2021 they can't use it any more.  That version isn't sold by Quicken Inc.  As far I know for the US version, nothing should have changed, but if you can post some screenshots maybe someone can help.  Drag and drop and image into the comment box.
    (I'm using the latest Quicken subscription version)

    Thank you for taking the time to visit the Community to post your issue, although I apologize that you're experiencing this trouble.

    As the 2015 version is unsupported, there are no official steps or troubleshooting available for this program. 

    If you do not receive a response from another member, you may consider taking a look at upgrading to a new version of Quicken.

    What version do you have now?  What's it say under Help-About Quicken?  I have a feeling you may have upgraded in the past to a newer version and the new version has expired.

    Can you please capture one or more images of the parts of your Quicken window showing the issue, sensitive information blacked out as necessary to protect your privacy but annotated to describe the situation, and attach the image(s) here?

    Please save images to files of file type PNG, JPG, or GIF only. They're easier to work with than PDF files.

    Yes there is, the image icon to add a screenshot isn't there.  But they can still drag and drop a JPEG image on the comment box to include it.
    (I'm using the latest Quicken subscription version)
