need help with why Quicken is freezing screen

when I open one of my accounts - quicken says it created budget for 2021 and freezes the screen. My other accounts work fine. I have rebooted. Windows has updated. Suggestions?

     I would start by uninstalling using the QcleanUI utility and then reinstalling the Quicken application.
