bank downloads

On a bank acct i'm not getting downloads. There is a red flag indicating downloaded transactions but when i open the acct there aren't any transactions to add. it wont' reset the acct because it says there are downloaded transactions that must first be accepted in the acct register or transaction list. i've tried to deactivate but get the same message. Help?
