Forced Auto New?

I just renewed my subscription without issue, but noticed in email received afterwards with the subject "Important Changes to your Quicken account" had this little line near the end:
"At the end of the membership period, membership will automatically renew every year and you will be charged the then-current price (prices subject to change). You may cancel before renewal date. For full details, consult the Quicken License Agreement. You can manage your membership at your My Account."
Looking at My Account, it gives my expiration date and shows a "Set to Renew" link which takes me to a page to provide either credit card or PayPal. No option to turn auto-renew off. Without any payment information, it'll be hard for them to execute, but it looks like some terms have changed.

Set to Renew is the link to change from not automatically renewing to renewing automatically.
My account is set not to automatically renew, it looks like this:

(I'm always using the latest Quicken Windows Premier subscription version)

Mine looks the same. Based on the email, I'm still wondering if I had a credit card on file if it would have switched to auto-renew.0
