RESOLVED 1/19/21 CitiBank Returns CC-501 Error

Our Teams are currently investigating reports of an increase in CC-501 errors when attempting to add/update accounts with CitiBank in Quicken for Windows using the Express  Web Connect connection method.

If you are experiencing a CC-501 error with CitiBank, and haven't already, please contact Quicken Support to report the error and provide your log files to aid in our investigation of this error.

When contacting Support, please reference Alert #8259266.

    This issue has been resolved and CitiBank Users should no longer receive an error when adding/updating accounts.
