ABRI CU showing in my OFX log on TEST/troubleshooting database

I am troubleshooting an issue with another account. When creating a new database, Quicken is somehow AUTOMATICALLY adding ARBI CU to the processes. I have ZERO accounts added in this test database yet the OFXLOG reports ABRI CU with login and logout requests. I attempted to chat with Quicken support and wasted about 30 minutes with them not properly reading my issue and eventually attempting to walk me through adding an OFFLINE account .. which isn't even close to what the issue is. Attached is a screenshot of a portion of the OFX log.
The concern is that I have no accounts with ABRI CU and have NEVER attempted to add them to my accounts. This issue is completely reproduceable with every new Quicken Database. This ABRI showing in the OFX log is also being reported under a thread regarding issues with Wells Fargo accounts.
My version: Quicken Home, Business & Rental Property 2020, Version R31.5, build 27.1.31.5.
Steps to recreate:
1) File/New Quicken File
2) Name the new file
3) Don't use mobile and web
4) Next
5) Add Account
6) Cancel
7) Log Files
8 Choose/view OFX Log File - look for <INTU.ENROLLURL>https://online.abricu.com/auth/SignIn?wa=wsignin1.0&wtrealm=https://online.abricu.com/banking/&wctx=rm=0&id=passive&ru=/banking/ about halfway down.

I can reproduce this and it is sort of strange, but I don't think there isn't any real big problem here.  It seems to me that the "cancel" was "sort of ignored" at least in fetching some information it might need.

If you look at the financial institution list for ABRI you get this:
    00020	00020	00020	Abri Credit Union	https://www.abricu.com/	815-267-7700	https://online.abricu.com/auth/SignIn?
I believe 00020 is the very first entry in the list.  So that explains why it is the one picked.  I don't know exactly what kind information they are looking for, but the information it retrieving is nothing more than if I was to start to setup for XXX bank and they needed to know how to connect and what to prompt me with and such.

Chris_QPW, thanks for your thoughts. Hopefully Quicken will remedy this. Though it may be almost insignificant, it likely adds some time to the update process. I've confirmed that this is also in the OFX log of my live DB file so each time I do an update I suspect it's hitting that CU's digital banking system. Consider all the other users who may have the same thing happening and it may be significant hits to the CU's traffic. Either way, it's not clean.

    Hello @""Ray Hallman

Thank you for taking the time to visit the Community to report this issue, although I apologize that you have not received a response.

I would next recommend contacting support by phone for assistance and review of the log files.

A few notes here.  First off there is longer thread discussing this here:
    https://community.quicken.com/discussion/comment/20146979

Next @Ray Hallman did try to contact Quicken support, but at least on that call they didn't understand what he was pointing out.  Maybe the second time...

But anyways even though this seems to be something that comes up in both Windows and Mac (judging by the thread above) it isn't the "source of a failure", but it might be slowing things down, and it isn't "expected".

I might add since quicken is more of a consumer product, you should have support after hours when consumers are not working and can actually submit tickets and fix problems.
