Resolved 1/25/21: Issue importing Web Connect (QFX) files, using Lifetime Planner in Windows 31.6

We are currently investigating an issue with the recent Windows 31.6 patch that is causing an error message, "The feature you are trying to use is on a network resource that is unavailable" when attempting to import a QFX file into Quicken, or with using Lifetime Planner:

We're released a fix for this issue in a revised 31.6 patch. This patch is available for all users, and does not need to be installed (no action needs to be taken by you to receive the patch outside of closing and reopening Quicken).
You will not see a patch notification, as this is a rebuild of the same 31.6 patch. To confirm you're on the latest release, please go to Help > Check for Updates in the Quicken program; if it says you're up-to-date, no further action needs to be taken.
