Im having trouble downloading from my banking account to Quicken. Not sure what to do.
The message I'm getting is "The feature you are trying to use is on a network that is unavailable."

If you have already set up the account in Quicken and have previously been able to get downloads, are you getting any error codes or error messages?

This is a bug that was addressed in this thread.It was supposed to be fixed on the server side in R31.6. Rebooting and restarting Quicken "might" remedy it. In any case, I recommend updating Quicken to R31.8.Quicken user since version 2 for DOS, now using QWin Premier Subscription on Win10 Pro.0
