Im having trouble downloading from my banking account to Quicken. Not sure what to do.

The message I'm getting is "The feature you are trying to use is on a network that is unavailable."

    What version ..... Help --> About Quicken
    Have you already setup in Quicken an Account for the bank ?
    or is this during the setup process ?
    What exact bank name ?

    If you have already set up the account in Quicken and have previously been able to get downloads, are you getting any error codes or error messages?

    This is a bug that was addressed in this thread.
    It was supposed to be fixed on the server side in R31.6. Rebooting and restarting Quicken "might" remedy it. In any case, I recommend updating Quicken to R31.8.
    Quicken user since version 2 for DOS, now using QWin Premier Subscription on Win10 Pro.
