Community will not allow verify of new email address

My current email address has been discontinued.
So I went into profile to change to a working email address and the community is attempting to send the verification to the old (nonworking) email address.
I'm getting a email rejected notice on the new email address.
However, I am able to log into quicken using the new email address.
Please fix this.
The old email address was [removed - email]
The new email address is [removed - email]
The community will not let me update my profile because an email verification is pending according to the popup when logged into the community.
I cannot verify the email because it is going to the old email address.
Please advise

I'll try support but I thought they were for Quicken problems, not community problems. Also, Community monitor has fixed problems for me in the past.

I chatted with support and they said that a moderator on the community would have to fix the issue. How does someone contact a moderator on the community?
