Constant remove/add billers getting old

It appears there is a constant requirement to remove and add billers back in. Quicken is becoming more of a full time job than it is a convenience tool. There is no consistency in it. [Removed - Rant]  Is this being address?

    We'll need a bit more information to be able to assist.
    Please take a moment to navigate to Help > About Quicken and provide the release that you are currently running.
    Please provide the name of the billers, the issue may be specific to the biller. Also, please include any error messages you have received.
