I was taking a look to see if I could find anything and it looks like we don't have any errors active with either FI but we can take a bit deeper of a look here. You mention changing options in internet explorer but the 297 article mentions internet properties which may be what you're referring to. If that's not the case I'd recommend taking a look at the support article down below.
