Change input for property type information for Rental property

This is a suggestion if quicken team can improve how "property type information" get entered. So this means, instead of selecting "single unit property and multi unit property" have a drop down so we can select "single unit", "duplex", "triplex", "condo", "commercial property"...etc. I'm not sure if it's possible. Also, to have a tenant report, rent roll report, and improve property list where it say what kind it is . ie single, duplex..etc.
