Error OL-393 - Fifth Third Accounts Not Updating

---I have moved Quicken to a new computer and now my 5th/3rd accounts do not update-:'(

    I re-downloaded to the new computer, attempted one-step update and got the same error message OL393A . I must not have understood your suggestion.

    Do you have any other accts - or just Fifth - ?
    Were these setup and working - and now they are no longer working,
    and you get the OL-393 error

    I started getting the OL-393-A error this morning with my One Step Update. No changes to my account, same computer, same Quicken file. They were working fine yesterday.

    Has anyone gotten a solution for the Fifth Third Updating? I've got the same issue and haven't yet seen a 'Quicken problem fixed' solution here.
