UPDATED 1/29/21 USAA Federal Savings Bank Returns OL-220/HTTP-405 Error

Some Quicken for Windows and Mac users are reporting receiving a OL-220 or HTTP-405 error when attempting to add or update accounts with USAA Federal Savings Bank, using the Direct Connect connection method.

We have received reports of some Users experiencing one or more of the following issues:
- When reactivating accounts, the Add Account window may display a different/alternate account number.
- After reactivating and attempting to update accounts, receiving a OL-301 or "Sorry, we encountered an error" message.
- After new transactions download, some or all transactions may be reversed. i.e, expense transactions appear as deposits in Quicken and deposit transactions may be appear as expenses.
