Capital One credit card won't update in Bills & Income tab

I have two capital one credit cards that I've added to the Bills & Reminders tab as online bills. The message I get is 'your bill has been successfully added but your next due amount is not yet available', and it never updates. I've tried removing the online bill and re-adding, but it never updates the biller information

    Thank you for reaching out to the Community to tell us about your issue, though I apologize that you are experiencing this.

    Unfortunately, Capital One is currently unavailable for online bills and we recommend that you do not attempt to add Capital One online bills at this time.

    We have opened an escalation ticket with our service provider for this issue and our teams are working on a solution, but there is currently no ETA. While the investigation remains ongoing, please, refer to this open Community Alert for updates.
