I am trying to install a new CD but nowhere am I being asked for the 16 digit activation number.

I uninstalled and cancelled my previous versions after 29 years due to high renewal cost and multiple download problems with several of the same account number being created, not by me. How do I first activate this new CD with the new code?

16 digit code? That sounds like the activation code for Turbo Tax not Quicken.0
