Bank accounts wont sync to mobile app. - "OFX client application is not supported"

I can't get my banks accounts to sync to the mobile app. I have the quicken subscription version. Each time I try I get "Ofx client application is not supported". Bank uses Direct Connect . Have contacted the bank and they suggested contacting quicken. Any help would be appreciated. Btw, I have no problems downloading transactions from this bank.

Where does this message appear -
on the Quicken desktop when you try SYNC,or on the Mobile APP - Android or IOS ?What version of Quicken on the desktop .... Help --> About QuickenQuicken 2020 Deluxe - Subscription - Windows 100 -

It's Farmers and Merchants in Harrisonburg, va. I get the message on desktop trying to sync to mobile app. Windows version R31.12.0
