0ne account unable to online update.

that one account has been working correctly for years.. now no account error msgs details are displayed, there three z's in front of account name. no error msgs show up.

    The three z's mean that that financial institution name is no longer valid.

    What financial institution is this?

    I relinked 3 accounts with USAA to the "-new". Since then downloads work intermittently (maybe 1 out 5 successful) but a second issue is I continue to get a multifactor authorization pop-up for zzz-USAA every time even though no accounts are associated with zzz-USAA anymore. I can close the dialog each time with no apparent issue other than annoying that it slows and stops the process. How do I completely remove this from my Quicken setup?
