This is a 15 year load which has been working somewhat correctly for 10 years. Beginning with my most recent payment the principal amount is incorrect (64. higher than it should be) . After my December payment I updated the payment to reflect new escrow amount. I believe the Jan payment was correct. There has been no change in interest rate and the interest amount is correct.
An additional issue which I have put up with for a long time is the principal amount is entered as a negative number and an extra positive entry of double the principal is created to offset the negative.
I don't know how to capture the screen images to show the problem

On Windows, the built-in Snipping Tool and the Snip & Sketch programs may be used to capture the screen images.0
