Hi, I am having issues with my older version of quicken. I don't use it with my bank.
I am not a high tech person. Would someone call me at [Removed - Phone Number/Privacy] so I may explain what is happening. I think I may need to get an updated version.

    Do not post your phone number or any personal info in a public forum.  Anyone could call and say they are from Quicken and try to scam you or steal your info.

    Let's start at the beginning.  What Q product, and what BUILD of that product are you currently running?  Do HELP, About Quicken for this info.
    Next, what "issues" are you having?  Any error codes or messages?  What are you trying to do when these issues happen.
    And, depending upon the particular problem, an update to a newer Q product rarely fixes issues, but does for some.
