 We have identified an issue with Citi Cards. Members who attempt to add an account or update transactions may encounter a CC-501 on Windows or a ccscrape.163 on Mac.  We have reported this issue and hope to have this resolved as quickly as possible.  If you are receiving either of these errors please allow 24 hours before attempting to update once more.

    This issue has been resolved and Citi Users should no longer receive an error when adding/updating accounts.
