CC-505 every month with Citibank after statement closure date

Why is this same error occurring every single month after Citibank completes a credit card monthly statement cycle?

Thank you for reaching out on the community and telling us about your issue. I do apologize for the issue you're having. That is quite odd. I'm wondering what's causing that only during the statement cycle. One thing we could try is to deactivate and reactivating the account to see if that may help but since it only happens once specific time of month it might be a bit more tricky to track down. I'll leave the steps down below.
First thing I'll recommend is to save a backup to revert back to just in case. You can find how to do so down below.

Next we'll try deactivating all of the accounts. You can do so by following the article listed down below.
