CC-505 every month with Citibank after statement closure date

Every months, immediately after Citibank credit cards statements are issued, I get CC-505 errors when I do One-Step Update. My only way to resolve the issue has been to reset each account. When I reset, I then have to deal with a set of duplicate downloaded entries.

Why is this same error occurring every single month after Citibank completes a credit card monthly statement cycle?
