Renewing membership

Attempted to renew an expired subscription for about 48 hours with my Citi Visa Card. No error code issued, just opens a new page that says I already have an account. I go to the account information and it says I need to renew. Attempt again, it sends me back to the window that says I already have an account. No error code issued. I'll keep trying over the next several days, but this is ridiculous!
