When I update new transactions into my checking account, credits are all showing up as debits

When updating new transactions into my checking account in Quicken, credits are all coming through as debits, and I have to manually change them. Is this a Quicken problem or a bank problem?

Please provide the version of Quicken being used: select Help > About QuickenPlease provide the full name of the financial institution and the connection method being used: open the register, press Ctrl + Shift + E and select the Online Services tab
Generally, Express Web Connect connection method issues should be reported Quicken Support and Direct Connect and Web Connect connection method issues should be reported to the financial institution. You may want to review: https://www.quicken.com/support/how-quicken-connects-your-bank0

I am using version R31.12, Build 27.1.31.12
The connection method being used is Express Web Connect.
