Drop Down Menu does not work properly under Help --- Report a Problem

When I went to Help and Report a problem the drop down menu did not work correctly. When I touch the down arrow the menu appears, but as soon as I move to the menu to select an item part of the menu disappears.

Thank you for taking the time to share the details of your experience and feedback with the Community, although I apologize that you have not yet received a response.
I am not currently seeing this issue in my Quicken installation. May I ask that you please navigate to Help > About Quicken and provide the release that you are on.
Also, are you on a specific tab or screen in Quicken when you are attempting to report a problem?
The more information you can provide regarding this issue will help the Community to better understand and assist.

A few more questions:
Are you using "View / Use large fonts"?
If so, try to switch back to normal fonts by unclicking Use large fonts.Does that work better with respect to screen formatting on your system?BTW, what kind of monitor do you use? 4k? What is the resolution setting?0
