I am not currently seeing this issue in my Quicken installation. May I ask that you please navigate to Help > About Quicken and provide the release that you are on.
Also, are you on a specific tab or screen in Quicken when you are attempting to report a problem?
The more information you can provide regarding this issue will help the Community to better understand and assist.
