Upgraded to Quicken Premier 2020...Now have issues

In reconciling credit card statements, when an item is selected to reconcile the screen changes to the register view. When selecting "return to reconcile", the items list is no longer in chronological order. What a nightmare! Also, the highlighting function doesn't always work when highlighting a value to change it. Quicken Support could not fix the problems.

I can't reproduce either of these problems. Quicken should switch to register view when a reconcile item is double-clicked, not single-clicked. Maybe you have a bouncy mouse? Try clicking slowly.
When I return to reconcile, the items remain in date order, with the triangle indicator in the Date header pointing up. Is your triangle in a different column or missing altogether?
