Update to R31.12 - deleted many of my auto entered paychecks

I assume in the file conversion or syncing process it deleted them. Major problem.

    Thank you for reaching out on the community and telling us about your issue. I do apologize for the issue you're having. That is quite odd that it completely removed them. In your case I would recommend trying to restore a backup to see if we have a similar issue as well.

    Are you syncing to Mobile/Web.  If so it would be good to also try turning it off and see if that helps.

    I have learned to wait about 2 weeks before letting a new update install. The majority of updates over the past 6 months before I starting waiting 2 weeks have had issues with both my computers. Getting tired of this and I'm a 15 year + user of Quicken. Still haven't installed this update....

    I agree with you, retird. I've been using Quicken since 2002, but I'm about ready to find something else. Not only do I have to pay for a subscription now, but the updates introduce more bugs than they do new, useful features. I have had to re-enter a bunch of paychecks three times before, because the splits keep getting zeroed out, and it just happened AGAIN!

    Posted in the other thread on this as it's happening to me too....so many errors in the data file when doing a 'validate' due to this paycheck corruption.
