you for reaching out on the community and telling us about your issue. I do apologize for the issue you're having. It sounds like you're using bill manager. If you haven't already first thing I would attempt is to re add the biller as that should resync to ideally let you pay a bit further away. To do this to the bills and income tab. Select the gear in the top right and select manage online billers. From there you can remove the biller and re add it right after.
Once you've done this see if you're able to future date your bills. If not we'll see what we can try next.
