Quicken update is still not processing properly. Slow or non- responsive. Error message with cloud sync

Hi @diana121,
Not sure if "cloud sync" is vital to your use of Quicken, but it would likely improve your performance if you avoid it, at least for the short term.

Thank you for reaching out on the community and telling us about your issue. I do apologize for the issue you're having. It sounds like we may need to try resetting the cloud to see if we're able to get your updates working. To do this we can go across the top to edit > preferences > mobile & web > reset your cloud data.
Once you've done this see if you're able to get through. If not we can see what we'll see what we can try next,
