Resolved 2/17/21 Vanguard Returns OL-220 Error

We are receiving reports of some Users receiving a OL-220 error when adding or updating accounts with Vanguard.
We have escalated this error to our service partners and recommend allowing up to 24 hours before attempting to add/update accounts once again.

A fix has been implemented that will resolve the OL-220 error, however to receive the fix, please follow the steps available here, to download a new financial institution list and refresh the branding and profile information.
Once completing the above steps, please attempt to add/update accounts with Vanguard once more and create a new post to let us know if an error persists.

We have escalated this issue further with our service providers, and are working to confirm that they've identified the issue. We will continue to update this thread with more information as it becomes available.

A number of customers were seeing an OL-220 error occurring while downloading their Vanguard account information. The problem was caused by a configuration issue within the Quicken side. You can use the following steps for resetting to download your data if you see the OL-220 error.
Windows
You should now successfully download your Vanguard transaction information.
Mac
Open and close Quicken for Mac to refresh branding. You should now successfully download your Vanguard transaction information.
Community Administrator
This issue is now resolved. You should be able to update your accounts without issue, and you won't need to perform any additional steps.
