R.31.12 stopped downloading financial information from Chase (OL-394-A)

This problem started occurring on February 13, 2021. Chase says there is no issue on their side. Why is this error message coming up and what fix is being planned to correct this issue?

    I first would recommend waiting 48 hours to see if the issue resolves itself.
