Why does this website insist I verify the email account already associated with my account???

The question title says it all.

When's the last time you used the Community website?
How often do you get prompted, even after successfully verifying the ID?
A couple of weeks ago, there was a change to "single signon with the Quicken ID" on the Community website. Verify should be a one-time occurrence.

It is likely related to the switch to Single Sign On and using your Quicken ID versus a separate ID for this site:

I clicked on the link to verify my account, went to the email and clicked on the button to verify it. The website immediately declared that I took too long to respond.

30 seconds is too long??? Really??? Must I respond within 3 picoseconds?

Then the ironic thing is it let me log in afterwards? I just don't get this website at all. "Your CANNOT log into this website until you verify your email address", "30 seconds to respond to WAY TOO LONG!!!! Therefore, your email address is invalid.", "Welcome back, thank you for logging into the website with the email address associated with your account"

    Huh? Very mixed messages.
