    Hi FRANKF.

Can you give us some additional information so that we can help you?

Have you installed the Quicken program on the new computer?  Have you also moved your current Quicken datafile to the new computer? Can you open the Quicken application and if not - what happens when you try.  Exactly what is happening that prevents you from accessing the Quicken datafile - are you getting an error code?

Any specific details about your situation will help put us on the right path to getting you up and running.

What version of Quicken are you using? What exactly did you store on the USB drive? Can you copy your data file(s) from the USB drive to the new PC's disk and open the data from there?
