    Hi , when i make an online payment ,on Bank of America , and download those transactions , it shows a payment with the " lightning bolt!" and the same payment again as a regular payment? of course doubling the same expense. any help would be greatly appreciated. Joe W

    Could you please provide which version of Quicken you have currently running?

    Also, when did this issue first start happening? And where are you initiating the online payment from (BofA's website, Quicken account register, Online Center, etc)?

    If you don't mind, could you please provide a screenshot of the 2 transactions you are describing? If needed, please refer to this Community FAQ for instructions on how to attach a screenshot.

    Alternatively, if you are not given the option to add attachments, you can also drag and drop a screenshot to your response.
