Locked out

I was just in my Quicken and got out of it when I was done. Then shortly thereafter I tried to get back in and now it won’t let me in saying there is not enough data to validate my identity. I have been using the same password for almost 20 years and now it says the password entered doesn’t match. I tried working with support to be told the people that can help me aren’t in and it will be 24-48 hours before I can get it addressed. I used quicken for years with no problem until I had to pay to use it and have had nothing but problems since. Any ideas?
